Slab Bumper Guards

A graded slab looks indestructible right up until someone drops one. The holder itself is tough, but the corners and edges are where chips, scuffs and hairline cracks actually start — in a bag, in a drawer, in the post. A bumper guard takes that hit so the holder does not.

The SlabShield Glitter Bumper Guards are soft TPU sleeves that wrap the edges of a PSA slab. The material is impact-absorbing and anti-yellowing, slim enough that guarded slabs still stack and stand in a display, and grippy enough that one does not slide off a desk. The gradient glitter is moulded into the TPU rather than printed on top, so it cannot flake, rub off or go patchy with handling.

There are nine colourways — Elven Glade, Pixie Mint, Phoenix Ember, Fairy Blush, Enchanted Dusk, Moonspell, Frost Rune, Shadow Tide and Wizard’s Spark — with twenty of each per run. One guard fits one slab, so ten slabs means ten guards, and the volume discount applies across the whole range: 10% off at three, 15% at five, 20% at ten, mixed colours included.

Fitting one takes a few moments, and there is an order to it — top corners first, then stretch over the bottom two. Our step-by-step guide to fitting a slab bumper guard walks through it.

These are cut to PSA’s standard holder only. BGS, CGC, TAG, ACE and SGC all use different case dimensions and will not seat correctly. For display rather than knocks, see Slab Cases.
